This may not be the right place for this. But is there anyway anyone can tell me where to pull up instructions on how to design clothes, hair, and tattoos.

Nhoj, Welcome! There are several tutorials on different aspects of clothes making in SL. At the top is a sticky that gives you links to many of these tutorials.
You will also find links to the templates needed to act as patterns in making clothes.
If reading them doesn't help you I have a monthly in-world class and I think there are a couple of others in-world.
