I was listening to Secondcast Episode 2 and I heard them mention something about a greyscale skin so the skintones could be manually set by the user- anyone know where to get it from ?

That's the way the default skin works. Some places also sell semi-trans skins that allow the colour to be set to some degeree, such as the skins I like from Pixeldoll. |

No, I mean like a proper realistic looking one. I'm pretty sure Aimee Weber said on the podcast that there was something which was effectively a monochrome version of the normal skins, not tatoos.
