grab as many freebie texture boxes as you can, spend hours going through them to find what you need if it's there, for the knob, if you don't make your own texture that maybe a problem, you may not find one in the correct position, if you find the wood texture you like, may be best to have a one prim knob and texture it with the same wood, tint it a bit 75% grey? so it stands out. Keyboard, I would suggest you look on Xstreet, there are free keyboards on there, you just have to use the prim it comes on.
the best way is to do it yourself.

Texture shops, like Textures-R-Us, do sell some textures for making furniture. I sell some myself. But quite honestly, you'll probably be happier in the long run if you learn to make your own textures for something like this. It really isn't that hard to make that sort of texture.

Also, try Twisted Thorn Textures. Nighty has some really great textures for furniture makers.

ok thanx for all the replies , also i seen a leather sofa in a low prim store and i edited it and seen how it was made .. it was only 4 prims and u could easily see the shapes they used to make it.. so i went to a sandbox and made it . looks great just like what i saw but here comes the problem.. i had some leather textures to put on it.. so i did. they look real flat on the prims and u can still see the basic shape of the prim cause there is no shadowing on it.. when i looked at the one in the store. if u edited it u could see the basic shape of the prim but when not in edit mode the texture on it was really nice and gave a illusion of softening the corners and shading and lighting in the right spots.. my question is .. can i do this to with the textures i have?? and with just the basic edit tool? i seen some one with a regular prim just a box and they made it white and they also could darken the edges and corners at will as much as they wanted but they wouldnt tell me how they did it i cant find this in the regular edit tools???

To get that sort of shading, you need to edit the texture in a graphics program, like Photoshop. There are no in-world tools that will let you add that sort of shading at the edges of an otherwise unshaded texture.
