I find it particurarly well suited to people who are new or have limited experience with Photoshop, such as myself. I am through the first video and I have already learnt a bunch of new stuff. One thing I found particurarly interesting is to watch the technique used by an expert on how to lay textures over a sketch for the scene to be created.
Please note: the tutorials are made with the Windows version of PS.
I can't vouch for the quality of all the other videos in the DVD, but with the number of things I've learnt about PS already it makes the price of this DVD worth its money...

The only problem I found so far is having to use QuickTime for the .mov files in the dvd. QuickTime seems to have some quirks under Vista. I found that copying the videos to the hard disk helps somehow.
