I've just reaslised I might have been better off asking my question here than in tech help so forgive me to those who may have already read my request for help.

I"ve spent many many hundreds off L$ on clothing and up until a recent upgrade ( not the last one the one before ) I had quite a good wardrobe. But now almost all my skirts that arent mini are showing with * holes * when I walk. Even the few silks that I have do the same thing.
Tech help has said to uninstall and reinstall SL, which if I have to do I will wait until after the 4th Oct. but I was wondering if any of you clever people who design might have any suggestions.
I"ve cleared cache so many times I cant count any more
I"ve rebaked
in fact everything and anything until the uninstall/reinstall suggestion. Until that particular upgrade all my lovely dresses/skirts looked great.

Thanks for any help in advance

Just on a wild ass guess, have you checked that your video drivers are up to date? Another thought: whatever your setting is for avatar vertex (in Preferences, Graphics), change it. It seems to glitch some cards in one setting, but when switched, heals them. If none of that helps, mess about with your other graphics settings (there are 3 tabs of them!) in your Second Life client's Preferences.

thanks for those suggestions, but yes I"ve done that too...as for the drivers they are all up to date as well.
The same thing has happened to a couple of friends so I'm not so sure that its all in my settings or pc either.
