Ok, don't want to sound like a noob, but need help. I see cars, they have flat square prims on the side, and they have a texture for a side of a car in RL, where it hides alot of the prim, to where it only show the side of the car, and gets rid of the background. I want to know whats that called and where I can find a tutorial on how to do that. Would be very greatly extremely appreciated, thanks, sorry if you still don't know what i'm talking about. It would make my building thing so much easier!

Unless I'm missing something, it sounds like you're talking about transparency. To learn how to make transparent, partially transparent, and translucent textures, read the transparency guide, which is stickied at the top of this forum.
If you're asking about actually building the car itself, it's a bit hard to write a universal how-to for that since it's gonna be different for every style of car. If you're planning on doing it the way I think you are though, the basic procedure would be to texture the (flat) sides first, and then to "extrude" the width by aligning prims along the outline of the image. As for which prims to use specifically, and exactly how to cut, hollow, size, and align them, that's up to you as the artist for how you want to best define the type of car you had in mind.
