I would design my own clothes. I heard about a designer program(not that in SL) , but I can´t finnd it ..... Could you help me pls????????

Clothing can be made in any image-editing/paint program that can read PSD files, and that can output 32-bit TGA files and/or PNG files with transparency. The most popular choices are Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, and GIMP, but there are many others you could use.
Once you've selected your software, grab the template collection from the downloads section of the Second Life website, and read the instructional PDF that comes with it. If you have specific questions after that, come back here and ask.
