In the help!!! Lashes very ugly!....

Hello! I have to create a skin but I have a problem with lashes, quant I puts the skin has my character who lashes one a very ugly yellow color. I read some answers on forum but I understood nothing.
I work with quant Photoshop8.01 I register(record) the file PSD in TGA and what I I open again the TGA the transparency of the inside of eyes did not counter any more! It is normal?
He(It) adorned that there is a zone to be respected has comment of the outline of eyes?!!
Somebody could send me a file PSD with a just DEMO eyes so that I can understand(include) where I have to place the black of the outline of eyes. (Make-up) " Forgiveness for my bad Englishman " )

Look at this great template made by Chip M. It clearly shows where the eyelashes come from in the face. Most likely you have the colour you dislike up in that corner.
