I have the basic templates for cloths, but I would also like to design more pants and dress shirts and stuff.

They're all based on those templates, or Robin's and/or Chip's templates which can be found through the stickies at the top of the forum.
Other twiddly bits that you quite often see, say for prim skirts and sometimes ruffles and cuffs and things are prims, not something you make by template.
