And yeah, I looked around a few topics on this forum already, but nothing seems to give an idea on the whole clothing process from start to finish, only certain things. :-/

I figured there'd be a tutorial stuck at the top of this forum, but I don't see one. I have Photoshop and I'd really like to make some clothes for this game, but I have no idea how to do it. With a good tutorial I'll be able to do it just fine, I hope. If it helps to motivate someone to help me the clothes will be cheap!

Chip's templates are really, really good, as Nyoko pointed out, but I'd recommend learning the basics by first getting started with the regular templates provided by Linden Lab. Then make the switch to Chip's templates when you're ready to do more detailed work.
Simply click on "Downloads" at the top of this page, and then click "Templates". Download the complete package. Then from the downloads page, click on "Help Guides" and download "Fashion Design: Using Templates". The instructions are pretty good, and they'll definitely help you get started. Once you've read them, by all means come back with any specific questions you might have. If you have any trouble understanding anything in the guide, don't be afraid to ask. We're all here to help eachother. Good luck. ![]() _____________________

Awesome, thank you everyone.
Now I just need to figure out why I can't start up SL, and why it makes my internet pages scroll really bad after I've tried to start it up.. I'll post this problem where it's supposed to go, so if anyone knows the problem you can either answer me here or there. I'll put more detail there though. |
