Is anyone else experiencing new textures reverting to old textures on an object? A product that should only require two seconds to texture is taking me a long time because of this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I've seen this all the time when making hair. I just keep banging the keyboard until the texture changes are done. I've also seen textures change their numbers and get totally wacked out and blurred because the numbers change on me for no reason.
