This is another photo-generated skin. Still have some touching up to do but I think everything lines up pretty well. Again, any suggestions or comments are more than welcome.

That is, I have to say, beautiful. I now know how photorealism really does make a skin look FANTASTIC... Well done!

Nice work! The face looks great! Awesome seam blending! I think you have nailed the color matching on this skin perfectly from head to toe compared to the previous skin. Speaking of toes, have you spent enough time on the feet? From one of your images it looks like the toes could be punched up in realism a bit. It's hard to tell from the angle. Do you have any nice close-ups? That's one spot that needs a LOT of texturing help to pull off the look of a foot versus a flipper. My Evie example below is from an old post where I solicited advice from some potential customers on feet, toes, and nails. I got a lot of helpful feedback based on the clarity and angle of the snapshot before I put her up for sale. I don't have enough close up information on the rest of the body to make many comments on it, but it looks good from a distance, save some blotchyness on the legs (maybe polygonal edges in Sl - I can't tell).

Anaema, With Gaia, you've balanced the photoreal aspects of the skin with your own special touches perfectly. The face and body detail is wonderful.

That's amazing! Sorry if Anousenka sounds overly newbie, but...are there tutorials here about how to make a skin from a real photo? Also...any tutorials on how to make skins in general? Heehee ^_^ <3, Anousenka ^_^

Wow thank you friends! I hadn't checked my post in a while so I'm just catching up. Namssor, thank you so much for the comments, they are very helpful! I do need to punch up the realism on Gaia's feet. I found the template for Evie's feet - think that will help alot. Anousenka, most of the info I've found about making skins was in these forums and a bit from 3rd party sites. I know mostly about photo skins, not much knowledge on painted. Look around a bit and please ask me any questions you have!
