Is it possiple to change textures of clothing by a command via a script and without doing the "appearance crucifixion" pose?

Prim clothing: yes.
Mesh clothing: not that I know of.

Only for prim clothing. For example, you could script a complete texture and color change for a prim skirt, because the skirt itself can have scripts embedded in it.
There is no way to attach a script to an avatar clothing (mesh) item, nor are there any LSL commands that allow you to affect the mesh clothing items.
