It has a fairly simple interface and is free. I don't really use it because I have Paint Shop Pro X, which is more powerful and just as easy if not easier to use.

I have used it.
I notice personally some features are more intuitive to use then gimp and psp, and for seamless repeating patterns it seems to work better and have features I haven't seen or figured out in Photoshop or PSP 9 or 7 and it has 3d shape feature but I don't entirely yet understand it all.
