I must admit I m a shoe addict even in my second life. Find myself spending nearly all my money on shoes even here *lol* Now I have come to the conclution that I really should start making them myself. There it stops. How do I do it?? Am I supposed to use the foot-template for shading/texture then make the actual heel in-world? And then what about the shoe-base for heels... I am as you can probably tell by now VERY confused here.
Thankful for any help and advice!

Mira I do not have a steady enough hand to actually do any kind of good shoes in PS/GIMP for SL, but I have tried. The main question you need to answer is how detailed do you want it to be? Are you covering the whole foot, or just wanting sandles? If you want laces and stitches and all, PS for the foot template. Heels? Invisiprims and regular prims. Invisiprims hides the SL "heel spur" and any overlapping of your feet. The regular prims for the actual heel and bottom of the shoe. If sandles, you can do that all with regular prims and the invisiprims and leave PS out of it unless you want something with a pretty neat texture on it. Here is an interesting and informative thread on it: /109/66/98837/1.htmlYou might want to attend one of the classes (if they're still being held) at Teazers as well. A
