Can anyone help me? I'm looking to make a cape, preferably one that ends below the waist...I'm assuming I'm going to have to some sort of modification on a jacket...any help would really be appreciated, either here or in world...

You could fake it with a jacket that only covered your back and transitioned into a long skirt open in the front, or you could try building one with prims.
