The only quick way is through sculptie creation. There is NO DIRECT WAY to upload any 3d model from outside SL.
There is a way to upload a obj using notecards and reez in world using notecard, but I wouldnt suggest this to newbies.
Finally, you asked the question in the wrong forum, try 'building tips' next time.
