Hello everyone , so my problem is ive now been able to create some great tattoo's (many thanks to Amber Stonecutter's wonderful tutorial  ) and some great eyes but im a little confused about how I actually package these items for sale. I go to my inventory after ive uploaded the textures , and I click on Create , and say I create new eyes , well the icon appears in my inventory saying 'New Eyes' but exactly how do I associate my texture with it? Any help is very much appreciated |

Wear the new eyes and then Edit Appearance to edit how the eyes look.

I think you wear (And you want to rename them, too) the new eyes. Go into appearance mode and click on the "eye" portion and you can edit things in there.
Unless you are using prim eyes, then I believe you rez those to edit and then attach them.
