New to clothes making help needed Please

Hi,

i am making an outfit, it's all done and looks fine, but i am having trouble getting it to upload properly, some of the outfit is semi sheer and some is not,

I did an alpha channel but still when i load to sl, the sheer parts aren't showing at all, or just aren't sheer.

Any help and advice would be really appreiciated, Also sorry if it is a daft question lol

Can you post a picture? It's hard to tell exactly what you mean. I could suggest several possibilities, but I'd rather not get things confused by heading in one direction while you really meant something else.

When I had this problem, it was fixed when I turned off the visibility of all the other channels except the alpha before saving to TGA.
