Say you build a house for yourself and wasn't paying attention to texture permissions and then later decide it's a pretty cool house and want to sell or distribute as a freebie. [Speaking purely hypothetically of course. ] Is there an easy way to determine if any textures used are non transferable and need replacing? That is without looking up each texture in your inventory? What is the optimum setting for texture perms if you want to distribute an item?

If you built the house, the easy way I would say is to see if you can give the house to someone. If you can, then all the textures are trans. If not then you have to inspect the object more closely to determine which componants, be they textures or some other assets, are not transferable.
The ideal perms for textures in saleable products is full. In fact, I don't know of any texture vendor that sells textures that are NOT full perm.

Ah, of course. I shall have to give it to my alt - drat him! I hope he gives it back if it's no copy. Thanks for the idea.
