I wanna apply a texture to a cutted torus, but on the large faces (the radiuses), and leave the other face (borders) empty, is it possible?

Yes, you can edit and select texture to texture while editing..select texture from edit menu and then click on the side you want to texture..
or in a script you can to llSetTexture ("textname",SIDE); With texture have to have texture(s) and script in each prim to texture (no texture all command like color, and alpha).. Of course that is if it is a complete side you want to texture, as can't do partial sides (if side 1, all of side 1 gets texture, not just part)... |

You can also apply a texture to an individual face by simply dragging it from your inventory to that face. You don't even have to be in edit mode to do this.
Of course, if you want to tweak it once you get it there, you do need to be in the Texture tab of the Edit dialog. Just click "Select Texture" in the top, then click on the face that you want to edit. That face, and only that face, will have the white outline and crosshair/circle that shows the texture is being edited. To edit more than one face at a time, shift click all desired faces. Hope this helps! _____________________
