Is it possible to create a long flexi hair braid that actually has the lumpiness to it of a braid? If so, how is this done? I bought some flexi hair earlier that has a couple long tails with a narrow spot near the end. Is that possible to make the narrow/fat/narrow/fat/etc style all the way through?

The only way I can think of to get the lumpiness of which you speak from a flexi-prim is to taper and twist a cylinder.
This will give you a long segmented flexi prim with a pointed end.
You're limited because you cannot link two flexi pieces together to form any lumpiness, and there are only 3 prims with the flexi feature.
Best,
