Ok don't know if i should post this here or in building since I'm not quite sure what it is that I need to do. So have made prim shoe...have gone into appearance and made base, then applied transparent texture to this(is this correct)?. Now when I put my shoe on I still see the skin colored base sticking through, how do i get rid of this? I have also seen some shoes that have a transparent wedge under them? Is this a texture issue as far as the base is concerned? If I sound like I have no idea what I'm talking about it's because I really dont lol.

You just simply put an invisble object on the bottom, that is the whole purpose to begin with. Use the invisble prim script, and it should work.
