Any Tutorials in Boas, Feather look for Neck

I would like to start making boas, feather scarves, furry sleeves, ect... What do I need to do? Any ideas? I see them around, just haven't ask directly any of the designers. I like to find out other ways, so I am starting by posting here.

I hope you know what I mean. I want to start using prims, like the scarves and gloves with prims, ect. We will see. If you know a good tutorial, please let me know.

Hi Pal,
most of them are made with an effects brush in your program. It's a feather shaped brush. It's then painted onto a transparency.
