Hello all, sorry if this was discussed somewhere that I have yet to see, I figured I would ask while I browse the forums looking.
I made a cute outfit, made my own personal texture for the flexi skirt, the color and texture matching the top and undershorts I had made for it. Unfortunatly it doesnt stay the same color, depending on where the light is hitting it of course. Any fixes for that, so it matches and stays the same color?
Like I said I made my own texture, and I have the material of the flexi set at flesh. Anything Im missing, or is it just something everyone deals with in SL?
Thanks all!

Hi Veruca! I'm afraid it's just something we deal with. It's worse if you use a color in SL to "tint" the prims, so if you're doing that, you might want to stop. (Tint colors, especially light or pastel colors, can be very different depending on the angle of the light and time of day.) By the same token, if you look at different sides of the same thing in RL, they also appear to be different shades depending on how the light hits them. So I wouldn't worry about it.
