Right click on the item in your inventory, and select Properties. You'll see the next owner permissions on the General tab.
Be aware though that it's impossible to make an item no-copy and no-transfer. It has to be either copyable, transferable, or both. It can't be none.
For clothing, I'd highly recommend making it copyable so that people can put the garment into different outfits. It's a real pain in the ass having to piece outfits together from scratch every time because a clothing item can't be copied. You want people to be able to put the copies of the same garment into multiple outfit folders.
Many people won't buy clothing that isn't copyable.

In my personal experience, my customers are more interested in being able to transfer an item than to copy it. There's always the option of offering two different versions, depending on what your shop's prim limits are.

My Plan is to offer some Clothings for Reseller too. Does anyone know Prices for something like that? I have never seen any offers with full rights...

Also be aware that the textures used in your clothing have their own properties and permissions. If you set your clothing item to be copyable but your textures is no copy then the item will not be copyable.

General rule of thumb:
If it's an ensemble outfit that really should be worn as a set, and is unlikely to be split up as seperates, or if it is a comparitively expensive item, set it as transfer OK, and no-copy. This allows people to sell it and get their money back if they tire of it. But frankly... most people won't bother reselling SL clothes, just to get back a few L$.
If it's inexpensive clothing or is likely to be used mix-and-match style with other clothes, sell it as copy-OK, no-transfer. The latter option usually sells better. People like being able to mix and match, or to be able to pre-set the same outfit on a variety of different avatar shapes that they might own (Human, furry fox, furry wolf, whatever).
I offer both options, and handle gifting of no-transfer clothes via SL Boutique.
