My own skins with my name as creator ?

Hi
Im just startet to create my own skin and I ask myself what I have to do that the skin has my name as creator - in case I want to sell it.
If I use an modify skin it still has the name of the one who created it or it has the name Newbie Template Linden.
Hope somebody can help me .
