I had asked an avatar's creator for some different colored eyes, and she gave me the texture to use (It was no mod and no trans). However, I could not select it on the list. It would not appear for me to use.
Is this normal?

It seems with the new updates u cant use no modify no transfers or just no transfer textures on things..I've tried a few things as well without any luck..  sorry |

I have run into this problem as well, my remedy is to stick the texture you want to use in the object. For some reason once you do this, you can now open all your textures regardless of perms when you go to select.

How lame! You can still use it for the profile picture, though.
