Hello I have two questions :

1) In Photoshop how can I create ruffles going vertically down on my shirt?

2) How can I create deep wrinkles on the back of my shirt , I have seen some people say that they use the Gradient tool but i'm not sure exactly how I can , I would appreciate any help :)

Thanks alot :)

Take a look at the Photoshop tricks and tip sticky at the top of this forum, and at the sticky on clothing tutorials. You'll find a huge number of guides to creating wrinkles, folds, ruffles ..... What they all boil down to in the end is creating light-colored highlights and dark-colored shaded areas to define ripples in fabric. If you can draw them in RL with pencil or crayon, you can do the same thing in Photoshop. As you dig through the tips and tutorials, you will find quite a few push-button techniques that will help you get the effect you want, but the most basic and important techniques are the artistic ones that you use in your favorite 2D medium in RL. Get out a pencil and practice. :)

BTW, I'm not sure exactly what you mean by ruffles going vertically. Something like on this blouse, maybe?

Search for any thread in this forum with the words 'wrinkle', 'crease', 'ruffle', 'fold', or 'seam'. It's a very frequently asked (and answered) question.

There's your wrinkles. Really, takes about 5-10 minutes. Also - the use of the dodge and burn tool is highly recommended!
