This is a link to a small exe that will let you view targa (.tga) files in thumbnail view using Windows XP/2000 Explorer.

Note that this plug-in is UNSUPPORTED. I have used it for awhile with no problems, but your mileage may vary.

This is great. I like it very much, even though there is an extra delay while the thumbs load. But what if I want to see it fullsize without opening Photoshop? It would be nice if there was a similar patch for Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.
