I tried with fashion template lowerbody....I just wanna know a thing:

Top Foot: is it referd to one foot, or is it the map of two feet (like the face that you can see only in one dimension, like a paper opened....)

I wanna know if i have to draw a shoe (I need to draw the shoe, i can't create a prim...)
i need to draw the singular shoe or a map of two shoes one that collide themeselves..

I hope you understand me.

Bye

Hi Filippuzzo!

I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly, but the template has only one foot and it will be on both feet once you upload the texture and save it as a Shoe in appearances.

Hope that's what you were asking O.o

If not...I'll try again :)

Hi Filippuzzo!

It is one foot, and it is the RIGHT foot, even though the bottom looks like it should be the sole of the left foot. Yes, the arch is on the wrong side. The big toe is on the right side of the foot bottom portion of the "template." Don't let the shape of the thing fool you.

Technically, whoever ordered the Avatar UVs put both the feet in exactly the same place, with the left foot flipped. I'm guessing that they were under the impression that this would mean that we'd only have to draw one foot, and it would be a huge time saver.

Actually, of course, it means that whatever we put on the right foot is mirrored on the left, so that we can't put any writing or anything like that on shoes unless we use prims.

(In fact, the whole foot is so poorly mapped that prim shoes are the only way to solve many of the foot problems, which is why you seldom see any other kind. You might find that it's a lot easier to learn to work with prims than to get that map, or "template" as it's usually called, to yield a decent shoe.)

The same is true of the arm, by the way, and the eye. We only have one of each, for mapping purposes, although at least the eye isn't mirrored; it's just used twice.

Hope this helps!
