hi
I created new shirt in photoshop , using the SL template .
after I finished the design , I saved it as TGA file and uploaded it to SL .
the problem is that when I'm choosing, the file I uploaded, from the inventory - it doesn't give an option to wear it !
I ask people in the game and they told me that the reason is that the file is a texture .
what do I need to do that the design could be wear ?

*I just designed it in photoshop , uploaded the tga file and after that went to the inventory and chossed the file so I'll wear it .

Check the sticky posts in the Textures forum for a tutorial. Basically you just uploaded a texture, not a piece of clothing. Right click, new shirt, wear shirt, add textue to shirt, adjust sliders so it looks good. XD

Right click on your avatar and choose Appearance from the pie menu. This will bring up the appearance editor where you can edit your shape and also edit clothes. Click on shirt and take off your shirt if you are wearing one and click the Creat New Shirt button. Then click on the texture box labeled fabric. This will allow you to select any texture from your inventory. You can also edit sleeves and collars here, but you will get the best results by making your cuff and collar edges in photoshop.

I created new shirt and edit her by adding the texture I made to the fabric .
but he always put a white shirt ot a white skin underneath the fabric . I tried to change , but it's not changing . I can not remove the color . I just want to see the dress on the skin - without color under shirt .

Looks like you uploaded the texture as 24 bit tga.........for transparency you need 32 bit. If you saved your texture as 24 bit you will have to go back to PS and change your background to transparency.

The stickies at the top of this forum explain this fairly compreshively for Photoshop. I don't use PS so I can't offer much else for you.
