Item of clothing won't rez...

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on an issue I've been experiencing with some items of clothing.

I recently bought a new outfit. - Looks great in the shop, but when I put it on it just does not seem to rez properly. Most of my other clothes are unaffected. I see the basic shape and colour of the item but it remains blurry.

I've tried the thing where you click on yourself and select Edit Appearance, but that didn't change anything. It's very frustrating having bought a new item of clothing only to find that it won't display properly.

Has anyone else had the same problem? Does anyone know what could be causing this? Seems strange that only some items are affected.

There are other tricks to persuade it to rez...

You can take it off and put it straight back on again.
You can put something else that covers the same part of the body but is on a different layer on (so underpants for pants that don't rez etc.).

I don't know if there's a good reason why one set doesn't rez and others do. It would be interesting to find out if there are certainly manufacturers that show this and what their upload image resolution is...
