Ok, so I'm trying to make a cape. My first one evar *confetti* however I cant seem to get that reverse thing to go away. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v38/neko-vamp/sparta.gifMy first attempt I made one texture with text, put that on a flexi box prim, and forgot to think about what the back would look like. So I made a texture without text, I put that on a flexi box prim and spun it around to cover the back of the text's prim's... text. Unfortunately since the two sides reverse, it looked awfully cheap with an "upside down" cape and a none upside down cape back-to-back. Third attempted, I put both on one layer and thought the texture would wrap around, no dice > what do I do?

In edit mode - choose select texture. Then you can select a specific surface of a prim and change the properties of the surface only. Hope that helps

You might want to try later, I'm noticing serious issues with SL atm for things like editing object, Groups, Modify Rights, etc. It is Friday after all. SL is always at it's worst on weekends it seems

glad it finally started cooperating again for you, duLuna.
Another bug you may want to watch out for with textures that I've noticed quite recently and more frequently, is when textures (especially alphas) even one's you aren't editing atm but are in your general field of view will suddenly go wonky and their repeats will go to measurements of 0.0001 on horizontal and vertical repeats.
This caused me a headache a few time's thinking I had to go and fix a bunch of warped textures, when actually the solution is log out>Log in screen>Ctrl+P Clear Cache, Close again login, and textures will be back to normal.
