I am somewhat sorry to announce that I will be selling the Rose Market effective immediately. This is not due to any problems, in fact I quite enjoyed by time as a 'landlord'. I had wonderful and co-operative tenants and a great neighbour in Catch Livingston who runs the Metroplolitan Plaza next to me. The market provided me with a bit of extra cash (about L$2500 a month) and a great opportunity to learn about the economics and the advantages/disadvantages or owning land and selling products.

I am selling for the solereason to concentrate my time and land allowance on my other project, the Canadian Embassy in Ebisu.

Thank you to everyone who helped me with this and all the best to you.

The Market is located in Rose at 65,113 is a total of 2800m2 in size including some prim land that i used. The asking price is L$22,400 (L$8/m2) and I will transfer the building to the new owner if requested. Rose has become a large retail area and with the Sage Open Air Market practically next door has had some good dwell lately. All reasonable offers will be considered.
