Some clothes have that shadow around the edges, as it would be on a real body...how do I do that????

The easiest way is to apply a drop shadow to selected areas of your design, but that's often fake looking. The better way is to create any shadows on a separate layer over the fabric layers themselves. The general technique is described in the Photoshop Tips & Tricks sticky thread at the top of this forum.
