File menu, upper part of screen, then click on Upload Image. It costs 10 lindens each time you upload.

Hi Moe!

The image also must be in .tga or .jpg format.

I highly recommend that you ignore the .jpg, and use only .tga (Targa.) It won't make any difference at all to the rez speed, since everything is converted to .jpg2000 before it's sent to the client anyway. But .tga doesn't have the artifacts that .jpg has.

You'll also need to resize it to "powers of two" before you upload, for best results. (That's the 64, 128, 512, sequence, of course.) You can upload rectangles, for instance 64x128, if that will fit your image better. But both sides should be a "power of two." Other dimensions will upload, but will be resized internally, and your graphics program can do a better job with the resizing, so use it.

If you need more information, feel free to ask! That's what we're here for. :D

EDIT: Ummm... by "face texture" did you mean prim face, or avatar face? If it's for the Avatar face, you need to make an eyelash alpha, and upload as 32 bit .tga. If it is, and you want more information, let us know.
