Question about Hair attachments

I bought a Pony Tail Hair attachment and it says I can change the color of it (when I put it on its greyish/white). How do you change the color?

I searched annd couldn't find anything...

You can adjust the color by either detaching it and changing it the same way you would a regular prim (go into edit mode and on the texture tab change the color) or while it's attached by right-clicking on the attachment and selecting edit and then adjusting the color as if it was a regular object. Hope that helps! :)
