I would just wondering if their are any people out there that use psp for making their skins. if their are..do you have any start to finish tutorials?

I've used the PS tutorials for making skins (for myself) in PSP... most of the differences are easy to figure out

I use Paint Shop Pro alone, I can't affort PS right now, and it does the trick. My skins are mainly brushed though. I feel you can still achieve many of the same effects in both programs
