How do u accompllish the green grass cover look on ur land?

If you are on the Mainland (you pay your tier fee directly to Linden Labs or you have a 512 with 0 tier), then only LL can change it. You can only put down "turf" made of prims to cover it up.
If you are on a private Estate or Island (you pay your tier fee to a person or group) then the owner of the Estate or Island can change it. |

While the estate owner/manager can change that, it will affect the whole sim, not just one parcel. Most of our residents use prim grass.
