Prim templates ?

i´ve got following problem:

I´ve made a round texture , and i want this texture to fit to the prim "Ess" so , that the middle of the texture is on the top of the ess.

Are there any Prim templates or does someone know a way to fix that ?

There's no such thing as a "prim template", but often it's very helpful to apply a colored grid pattern to your prims, so you can see exactly what part of the texture is where as you set the repeats and offsets. This can be invaluable for aligning textures across multiple prims, and for designing textures to match a particular prim shape. I recommend Robin Sojourner's Test Pattern. It works really well.
