I haven't been here much lately, but in my first year I read everything and learned so much. I am in awe of the knowledge and generosity of the community here.

You learned well Sylvia. :) That custom sculpty you made me many moons ago is still a very important part of my skirts.

Guess I should say thanks too..........I would never have tried clothing making and textures making if it were not for this forum. When these threads and stickies are archives I'll be back searching for that "over my head at the time" tidbit of information someone posted.

Good luck to everyone when the new forums come......hopefully it'll be as easy to ask and answer as this forum has been.

I got to extend a big thank you to three people who have help me the most. Chosen Few (yeah the one I fight with all the time............he's not so bad after all :) ). Chip Midnight.....who could ever make clothes in SL without his templates. And Robin Sojourner.......so nice and quiet in her help to anyone no matter how stupid we may be. :)

There's many more but I have to get some sleep sometime tonight.

Thanks for the sentiment, Sylvia, and for the specific naming, Peggy. I'll pay it forward, and likewise extend my thanks to everyone who's helped me in here over the years, whether directly or indirectly. I've learned far more from answering other people's questions than I ever have from asking my own. Thanking each other is something we too often forget to do, and I suppose I'm as guilty of that as anyone else. :)

Here's hoping you guys are trend setters.

I'll join in the round of thank-yous. I began making SL clothes almost three years ago and stumbled into this forum. I have found friends and intellectual stimulation as well as an incredible wealth of talent, for which I will always be grateful. I would not be so rash as to list everyone who has helped build my personal repertoire, but I would be very remiss if I didn't give Chosen Few a special smile. You have taught me many more things than you will ever know, Chosen. :D

I hope that I have paid some of my dues in this forum by sharing what I have learned, too. It has been fun. From what I can see of the new software, it is not capable of supporting the sort of work we have done together in this forum, so I do not plan on migrating over there myself. I hope to see you somewhere in world. We're all (mostly, anyway) in Search.

/me smiles and walks out the door.

I don't post in this forum much but I use it as a reference quite often.

To everyone who has posted tips, tutorials and answers... I add my thousand thanks also.
