Thanks for your time in reading this! ![]() Right click yourself, choose "appearance" and then look for the tab that say "skin". You will see 3 boxes that you can click to specify textures. Click each box and you'll have to figure which is which by trial and error unless they are named something obvious like "skinface","skinupperbody","skinlowerbody"... Hope this helps. |

When you go to the skin tab in appearance there are three boxes in a vertical row to the left of the sliders and thumbnails. From top to bottom they're head, upper body, and lower body. These are the tattoo slots where you can place textures you want to use as tattoos over a regular skin or where you put texture for custom skins that cover up the default skin. Just drag the textures out of your inventory and drop them into the appropriate boxes. Hope that makes sense

That makes sense now! Thank you! How do I get them out of the tattoo boxes to put something else in there, just drag something else? Or is there a way to delete them?

You can either drag something else in there, or click one of the boxes, which will open the Texture Picker. In there, you'll find all the textures you have in your inventory in a window on the right (It looks a lot like the inventory folder you are used to, and works the same way.)
On the left there is a preview window, and below that are three buttons. Click the one that says "Default" or the one that says "None." That will return your tatoo slots to their default, empty state. If you click "Blank," you'll have a flat white skin, and the sliders won't work. So, if you ever want that... ![]() Close the Texture Picker, and you'll be all set. _____________________
