It seems when i make a piece of clothing from a digital photo, on that is very clear i might add, and then go through the steps making it into a texture. After I get it into TGA mode, and upload it onto my character, i have a slight transparency problem...
IE. mad a biking for my GF, I can see her ummm errr nipples through her bikini
Is there some trick to fixing this? I already figured out how to fix the "halo" effect, but, this one is really confusing me....
Is there some extra step in PS CS i can take to insure this doesnt happen any more...?
oh, and YES I did check the 32 bit option before saving it.
or must the color on the clothing be made more contrasting?
someone, please help me!!!! Lmao
thanks

One second, Max. I just want to record this; March 23, 2006, After 29 years of searching, I finally found a man who claims he did not want to see a girls nipples. Ok, sorry.. your question. I would think that the transparent clothing must have been because your alpha opacity wasn’t completely opaque. Did you possibly turn the opacity to less than 100% while working on the top? I will sometimes make something semi-transparent to see the template guidelines through it. Or maybe, you were trying to change the opacity of another layer and accidentally changed the bikini top? If you make the alpha using a semi-transparent layer, the article will have transparency. Look at your alpha channel. The bikini top should be completely white. If it is off white or gray, that is the problem. Jen

I know what you mean, but , to please her, she is modest...lol
ok, and I figured it out. instead of me removing the insides of the item (ie bikini) i was just inverting it in layers, copying and then pasting to the alpha channel, which leaves some areas of the clothing shaded , which in turn makes some areas of the clothing transparent.
so, on the alpha layer, the inside of the clothing area must be completly blank, no shading at all, then the ending result will be brighter and more clear on the AVI
