Sadly, you can't find anything because it cannot be done
 Whatever you draw on the template will show on both arms.The only "maybe kinda could work for some designs" solution would be to have a prim sleeve of some sort. Sorry if that's not the answer you wanted! _____________________

Yeah, I'm afraid that we have only one arm, one foot, and one eye, from a texturing standpoint.
Anything more has to be done with prims. _____________________
