well the 'copper' or brownish tone is called sepia. If you take a pic to black and white and then change the color attributes to add a brownish hue that often works, I believe there may also be a 'sepia' filter, though not sure since I don't use normal photoshop.

Almost fuzzy? Blur? Not sure what you mean, but sounds like blur might do the trick.

And sorry but I can't tell you where either is since photoshop elements isnt the same =/

Try to search for tutorials on the internet. After a quick search on good-tutorials.com i found the followind results on sepia:

http://www.photoshopbee.com/photoshop.asp?gor=4
http://www.tutorialstreet.com/tuts/sepia-toning/
http://www.digitalphotoguides.com/sepia.html
http://photoshopnerds.com/making-an-old-sepia-effect.htm

The website good-turials.com has many more tutorials and i'm sure some of them can be used in PS7 as well.

Good luck
