I have been trying to make a dress, using the top and the pant layer. For some reason there is a faint line between where the two meet. I have checked and rechecked my templates and everything is where it should be. Has any one else come across this problem? Or could help me out, its very frustrating.

I have checked it in SLCP and everything matches perfectly its only in sl.
forgot to add that even when i do a basic black top and pant using sl tools, i get the same problem.

I really not trying to be flippant, but that's why I often wear a belt or a prim skirt with a waistband. Smudging and blurring along the line between templates helps, but it's VERY tough to make that line go away,

I am starting to realise that, lol. I have been looking at other items and it seems its always been a problem not just for me. So i have just used the jacket instead of the top to and that seems to work. At least I know its not my templates now and i can just get back to designing. :) Thanks for the answer.

also sometimes placing some embroidery or design just at the top of the pants layer helps a bit, it doesn't make the line go away, but it draws the eye and helps to make it less noticeable. I have seen people use fabric folds very cleverly too :)

I'm not a designer IRL, but I RP one on SL!

actually I have been noticing that too, for me it seems to be a slight gap between the two, even when using untouched blank textures.

weird, sometimes I see it sometimes I don't
