Does anyone know where the linden created clothe temples and textures are located now? They use to have it at the sl website but now cant be found. Have they been discontinued?

They are all still there. Try http://secondlife.com/community/templates.php for the templates. The textures are at http://secondlife.com/community/textures.php. They don't make it easy to find either one, but if you simply go to the "downloads" page and click on the obscure link that says "Extra Downloads," you'll find everything.
