I am having problems with the top and bottom of the templates leaving a very thin line of skin visible where they meet. I've been working on one piece swimsuits and its been driving me batty! Convinced it was my templates/alpha channel I've tried everything I could think of. Then I decided to see what the system clothing looked like. Created a default underpants & undershirt, made them 100 on all settings and what do you know.... there is that damned visible line again. I've included some snapshots so you can see what I mean (although its not quite as clear once I reduced the image size for posting). And the same thing is happening on shirt/pant combos as well. So my question is... now what? I can make the line go away by using a jacket, but who wears a swimsuit made out of a jacket?!?!?! Way to be tattoo friendly...NOT. I'm hoping someone else has experienced this and its just a setting I'm missing. ::crosses fingers:: Catt

I get this, too, and I don't think there's any way to truly fix it. I haven't noticed it when I've worn things on the jacket layer, though.

I'm glad its not just me. I was starting I should take down my shingle and just call it a day.
Now if only I can work out what is actually going on. ::looks about:: Now where has Chosen gone?

This is a bug in the way the textures are baked onto the avatar mesh. Any clothing that utilizes both upper or lower body textures within the same file (like the jacket) will not have this issue. Skins also avoid this issue since they use all 3 textures. All other single texture clothing that crosses the waist seam will have this problem. There's not really any good solution to this. Patching the Jacket layer will work, but you lose the ability to apply other textures to that clothing item. This thread talks about the same problem in more depth.
