Problems with SL Image Uploader

I can upload Wings3D texture maps to a couple of my alts but am unable to do it to myself. I keep getting the error message "error retrieving login response from server". Why does it work with other alts but not with me? I'm using the SL Image Uploader from PK Pounceworks. I had to create an alt to see if I could and I was able to.

If you're using a third party uploader, you probably have to be logged out of SL when you do it. I'm not familiar with the particular one you're using, but that's how it is with others. The uploader logs you in as a bot, and then logs right back out after the upload is complete.

I'm guessing maybe you were logged in at the time you tried to use the thing, but your alts were not. If that's not it, then I'm out of ideas. Maybe someone else will know more.

I checked that I wasn't logged in and the uploader still didn't work. It's very curious how all of the other alts can receive but I cannot. What other uploaders are there for Wings3D?

That's correct.

SL Image Uploader requires you to be logged out as you have to technically log in for it to be uploaded. the uploader is just a very light client which only accesses what it as to, but still does log you on.

Try waiting a bit to see if its just still logging you out =/
